Its quality control puts received and finished lots on hold and then approves or rejects them. Test parameters, specification limits and a Certificate of Analysis document are not documented. Aourix records the results per batch and generates the CoA.

Published in US dollars as of September 2026: Starter $49, Professional $69, Enterprise $99 and Unlimited $149 per user per month, then $79 per ten users from the eleventh user. Quality control needs Professional, multiple sites need Enterprise, and the API needs Unlimited.

Q: Does MRPeasy support Australian and Indonesian tax?

Tax is a configurable rate on documents. Australian BAS lodgement and Indonesian e-Faktur or PPN handling were not found; those live in the connected accounting system. Support is in English only.

Q: Can I keep Xero and use Aourix for the plant?

Yes. Aourix has no general ledger by design. Map your chart of accounts once and export journals as a file that Xero imports.

MRPeasy is honest value for a small workshop that will configure it from the manual, and its finite-capacity scheduling is real. For a process plant the ceiling is low: quality is hold-or-release with no Certificate of Analysis, purchasing has no approved supplier list or three-way match, the customer never signs a quote online, there is no assistant that acts, and support is English-only with no presence in Indonesia. Aourix costs one figure per plant, includes the implementation, and covers the whole flow from enquiry to invoice.
